Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater Installed new isolation valves Installed water heater pan Installed expansion tank Install water alarm Filled and bled air out of system All checks good
Pulled blower assembly (took longer than expected due to frame hitting wall/clearance issue), cleaned it along with condenser coil, installed section of armorflex insulation and replaced air filter. Shared pics of return duct interior with customer, provided cost estimate and highly recommend duct cleaning. Customer will call when ready for duct cleaning. Rooftop flue cap compromised due to rain seepage around flue in basement/puddle on floor.
I found that the water pressure was at 100 psi. I replaced the t&p valve I installed a new prv
Tech cut a 6x9 hole in the ceiling in the basement to diagnose the leak coming from the ceiling. Tech determined that a three-quarter copper pipe had a pinhole in it. Tech cut out a 10 inch of the old pipe and replaced it with two copper couplings. Tech turned water back on to the house to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Work is complete.
Repaired 3/4’’ copper pipe, I mentioned the flow tech anti scale. She will call us back to installed one next week. The pipes are full of lime scale and potential pin holes
I installed a new 3/4 hp garbage disposal. Two year warranty.
Performed hsp plumbing evaluation. Customer had slow running drains in the kitchen and hallway bathroom. Snaked the kitchen drain line running 35 feet of cable. Also cleared the hall lavatory drain. Tested, bot drains are now open and flowing. Replaced the hall bathroom toilet handle as a courtesy.
Customer installed new shower head, but the old washer was left inside the stem and clogged it. Recommended replacement of shower valve.
Repaired three handle tub and shower faucet in upstairs hall bathroom by replacing hot and cold price Pfister stems ... 2. Removed and installed customer supplied bathroom sink 2 handle faucet, in upstairs master bathroom .......
Installed new sewer ejection pump next to water heater in basement utility room .
Replaced 3’’ flapper in hallway toilet as courtesy since it was a my plumber purchase as of a couple years ago. Then replaced flapper and fill valve in master toilet 1 year part and labor warranty on both jobs
Run evaluation. Two full bathroom with TOTO toilets are ok.. kichen faucet,lavatory are in good condition. Garbage disposal is old , no leaking yet, water heather anode rod not visible. Found two gallon expansion full of water and starting to leak.. REPLACED TWO GALLON ESPANSION TANK.. TESTED NO LEAKS.
